Delivery Policy
We offer reliable delivery options across the United Kingdom so you can choose what best suits your needs.
Delivery Options
- Free Standard Delivery (Evri) Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
- Free Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days Fully tracked service
- Next Day Delivery (Evri) — £2 Delivery within 1 working day to most UK destinations. For the best chance of next-day delivery, please place your order before 10:00 AM (Monday–Friday).
- Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery) — £12 Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day. Available Monday to Saturday. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Dispatch Times
We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays.
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM on Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM on Saturday are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after these cut-off times, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
For the fastest dispatch, we recommend placing your order before 10:00 AM.
Tracking & Notifications
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched (SMS where available).

- During busy periods, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed.
- Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
